So today was the last day of the 21 day challenge. And it was a challenge. Up at 5 a.m., working my body like it has not been worked in 15 years and surviving. Down almost 7 pounds and 11 inches, I would say it was worth it.

I need to create one of these so I can have a visual of what’s going on with this body. Per the home scale, I am down seven pounds which is an average of a half pound per day. I’ll take it any way I can get it.
Oh my, check her out! Whomever she is. This was today’s challenge although I was facing down. What a sight that must have been!
I am two weeks in with one week left.
Today I was encouraged to try the reverse sit up, photo coming soon. I did it, although not exactly to full capacity. I did not have to fully extend to rest on my thighs so I had a little more leverage.
On another note, I think I may have hurt my arm/shoulder. I don’t quite have full range of motion.
As for food, breakfast seems to be working well with a protein shake 30 minutes prior to the work out. I even had lunch at one of my favorite places today, Open Kitchen. Now what I did not have was the usual, lasagna lunch special. Instead I went for the pork chops with green beans and a side salad. It was good but not near as yummy as that lasagna.
As for the rest of the week, the challenge will be working out. My better half will be traveling so mommy can’t leave the little guys at home alone for an hour and a half each morning. I have been given an at home work out. We shall see how I do.
This is what Shawna is NOT eating! I had quiche and fruit. I smelled them and enjoyed watching the other ladies dig into them.
Oh my! 35 minutes after I left NuBody I was still sweating. Sent my husband a photo, don’t think you are ready for that yet. As I write I am trying to cool off from my cold shower. Not sure how long I will have to sit here before I can put on my makeup and go upstairs to work.
Two different set ups today. The goal was four rounds each side. Well I made three on my first side and two on the other. Bear crawl was my downfall today. I must have a mental problem with bending over. Nothing was hurting, I just could not breathe. Then I had to go to the jump rope. Should have completed 400 total, made it to 180.
On a good note, I jogged today. Obviously not very far but I did it. I also did the full counts and did not shave off 5. I can do 10 of just about anything, today I did the appropriate 15 or 20.
Minor victories and lots of work left.
Now lets try to dry this hair!
